After doing scamps of other designers I went on to do my own scamps. This was when I started to come up with my own ideas for my coffee packaging. I first started off with the idea of the design being sophisticated and civilised, but then I came up with the idea of "Sunrise Coffee". I thought of how people drink coffee in the morning in order to wake themselves up and incorporated this into my packaging. For the logo I drew a sun rising up from some clouds.
